I bought my 2020 Chevy Trax and had a great experience a couple of years ago. Sadly, when I finally needed help fixing my digital speedometer that started glitching, the service was less than par. I drove it down from the city because I was hoping for that same great service but was deeply disappointed and still feeling cheated. They kept my car for 5 days, but said they didn’t see the problem. I drove back down and turned the car on with the problem immediately popped back up. But it just so happened the mechanic was on lunch. When he returned the problem went away and they could do nothing again. I was told to take the car and wait until it really breaks to bring it back so they can duplicate the issue to fix it. I have the car just under warranty mileage and instead of helping me while it won’t cost me an arm and leg, their best mechanic’s wisdom is drive until it isn’t under warranty and come back and pay out of pocket to fix it. Well, my whole drive home the car screen glitches and messes up. Makes me wonder how hard they really tried to help me or just move on to something easier to work on. If the car professionals can’t help even when I show them pictures and describe the issue who can help. As a professional myself, I never would have let my clients leave feeling so hopeless and unheard and as if I didn’t really put my best into helping them. Extremely disappointed!

I recently bought my 2nd car at John holt a 2021 Hyndi sonata. I love it! Runs fantastic and is quite a beauty! The staff there is helpful and professional . Victoria who sold me the car was super friendly and helpful finding the perfect car for me. Wouldn’t shop for a car anywhere else! It’s nice to do business close to home while also getting great service.

Nicholas Warren was hands down the best salesman that I have ever encountered. If I asked a question he always had an answer or went and found the answer before just acting like he knew. He was very professional and made the buying process very easy. I was in and out with my brand new car under 2 hours. I definitely suggest asking for Nick if you are heading to John Holt!

SHADY SHADY SHADY Sales people are shady got a pick-up I settled for, not the one I wanted. (My bad 1st time buyer) .truck has hidden bald tires on the inside tires outside great tread supposedly have automatic insurance thru financing on tires and rims coverage not there was told they sell used cars "as is" so basically custom tires and rims sold as is BALD , FLAT TIRE 1st thing no coverage, dealer won't do anything about it .. Overall not very happy with the dealership or sales . WOULD NOT Recommend 👎👎👎👎👎
